Return Process

  Log into your SourBoys account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its brand-new, resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
